     = {(0.890b-1.8)/2sin𝛼}^2 × {(π𝛼/180)-(sin2𝛼/2)}

     = {(0.445b-0.9)/sin𝛼}^2 × {(π𝛼/180)-(sin2𝛼/2)}

- r = radius of surcharge arc (inches)
